About BITSAT 2025
BITSAT, or Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test, is an online entrance exam conducted annually by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) in Pilani. This exam acts as a gateway to undergraduate engineering courses (BE) offered by BITS in its campuses located in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. Every year, around 3 lakh students secure admission into BE, BPharm, and MSc programs through BITSAT.

BITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2025
The BITSAT eligibility criteria 2025 differs based on the courses offered by BITS Pilani. Before you proceed to submit the application form, you should carefully go through the eligibility for BITSAT. You should note that you will not be pronounced eligible for the BITSAT exam if you fail to meet the standard eligibility criteria. You can find the BITSAT eligibility criteria in the table below:-

How to fill the BITSAT Application Form 2025?
The BITSAT 2025 Session 2 Application Form will soon be liive at bitsadmission.com. Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to register and fill out the BITSAT Application Form 2025:
Step 1: Online Registration
- Visit the official website of BITSAT 2025 and click on the ‘BITSAT 2025 Registration’ link
- A new window will pop up with a set of instructions, which candidates must read carefully before proceeding.
- Next, click on the link saying ‘New Registration’ on the page
- Open the application form for BITSAT and key in your personal details, including Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality etc.
- Provide a valid email ID and mobile number
- Enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Proceed’ button
- Once the registration is complete, a unique application number will be generated, which applicants must save and keep safe for future reference.

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form
- After the successful registration, candidates will have to log in using the same user credentials and fill in their personal and academic details along with their preferred program, marks obtained in the qualifying examination, etc.

- Candidates must also select up to 3 BITSAT exam centres of their preference from the drop-down options.
- After filling in all the details, applicants must click on the ‘Confirm and Submit’ tab. In case any corrections need to be made, they must click on the ‘Edit Details’ tab.
Step 3: Upload Documents
- In the next step, candidates are required to upload scanned images of their photographs and signatures.
- To upload these documents, candidates must click on the ‘Choose File’ option. They must ensure that the photographs and signatures are uploaded in the specified size and format.
- Select the scanned photograph and the signature images and click on the ‘Next’ button to preview the documents before the final uploading.

Step 4: Fee Payment
As the last step, the candidates need to pay the application fee for BITSAT. The application fee for different candidates has been specified in the below section. The BITSAT 2025 application fee can be paid either in Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/Indian Bank challan mode. Foreign students can pay for the BITSAT application fee using International Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
Step 5: Printing the Application Form
After payment of the application fee, the registration process will be completed. The candidates must take a printout of the application form and the receipt for the application fee for future reference.

BITSAT 2025 Counselling Process
Candidates can check the step-by-step guide to the BITSAT counselling process 2025 mentioned below:-
- Step 1: Online Registration
Candidates must first complete the online registration process at bitsadmission.com. In the registration form, candidates must provide their name, phone number, email address, etc. must be provided. Applicants must ensure that all the information provided is correct since there will be no scope for corrections thereafter.
- Step 2: Submission of Class 12th Marks
Candidates must provide details of subject-wise marks obtained in the Class 12 exam. Those candidates who are awaiting the results will have to download the application form for BITSAT 2025 counselling and send it to the authorities following the announcement of the 12th results. Additionally, they must write ‘Original form already submitted, 12th standard marks being submitted now’ on top of the application form.
- Step 3: Choice Filling
After submitting their marks and providing the necessary information, candidates must choose their preferred BITSAT accepting colleges and courses. This is a crucial step as the BITSAT Seat Allotment 2025 will be done on the basis of the web options selected by the candidates.
- Step 4: Seat Allotment
After the choice-filling process, BITS Pilani will release the BITSAT seat allotment 2025 result. After taking into account the candidate’s preferences, merit, seat availability, etc., the BITSAT 2025 results are announced. It will include a waiting list with the names of applicants who have a better probability of being admitted to BITSAT Participating Colleges 2025 as well as an admission list for individuals who can secure their seats.
- Step 5: Report to Colleges
Candidates who receive seats in the BITSAT 2025 seat allotment rounds must report to the designated institute for the remainder of the counselling and seat allocation processes. In order to validate their eligibility for admission through BITSAT 2025, they must have their documents confirmed. Candidates must additionally pay the necessary entrance fee on campus.
- Step 6: Wait List
The authorities will publish a waitlist after each round of the BITSAT 2025 counselling process that will include the names of applicants who have not been assigned any seats but who have a relatively greater chance of being admitted to BITSAT campuses. It gives applicants the information they need to stay updated on the official website during the BITSAT counselling process 2025.
Documents Required for BITSAT 2025 Counselling
Candidates must report at the allotted venue along with these documents for verification –
- Original and Xerox copy of the Counseling letter
- Call letter – Xerox copy and Original
- BITSAT Admit Card 2025
- 10th and 12th original certificates along with two photocopies of each
- Rank Card or Hall Ticket/Scorecard
- Bank Draft
- An original degree/provisional certificate (if you are still pursuing)
- Caste certificate and 4-6 passport-size photographs

BITSAT 2025 Counselling Fees
Candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of INR 1000 online to apply for BITSAT counselling 2025. They can use a credit card, debit card, net banking, or e-challan to pay the BITSAT counselling fees. Along with a copy of the BITSAT Application Form 2025, candidates must provide the receipt for the application fee payment. Any applicant who wishes to pay the application fee in cash and with a paystub may do so at the ICICI bank. The candidates are advised to keep their bank payment receipts secure for future use.
