The institute is situated inside a 1300-acre beautiful campus of Banaras Hindu University. A plethora of activities are organised by students under the IIT Gymkhana, right from the beginning of each semester. The students’ activities are usually classified in the following councils: Council of Social Services, Cultural Council, Film and Media Council, Science and Technology Council, and Sports Council. Along with games and sports, the artistic and creative talents of students are encouraged through various activities like dramatics, debates, music, visual arts and clubs like Radio, Audio, Photography, Automobile, Aero-Modelling, Cine and Computer Club.

Admission Process and Important Dates 2025
