Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA), Bhubaneswar provides various scholarships to students who are in financial need to help them complete their education successfully. Students who want to avail the SOA University scholarships need to meet the required eligibility criteria, which is that they should score some specified marks in the qualifying examination. (CE, EE, EEE, ECE & ME), Lateral Entry (B.Pharm.), Lateral Entry (B.Tech.), B.Sc.(H) (Agriculture), BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Nursing), BBA, MBA, Integrated M.Sc. Biotechnology, M.Sc. (General Sciences), BHMCT, BBA LLB (H) /BA LLB (H), LLB (H) and doctoral programme.

Academic performance of the student with a minimum CGPA of 8.0 in semester assessment without any backlog.
Attendance of 80% in each semester in each subject.
Character and Conduct Certificate certified by the Head of the Institute.
