Andhra University, College of Engineering Visakhapatnam Scholarships: Students’ Opinion
The college does not offer internal scholarships or loans. However, students can access several government-funded scholarships and fee reimbursement programs. Key scholarships include the Jagananna Vidya Deevena (JVD) and Jagananna Vasathi Deevena, which cover tuition and hostel fees respectively for eligible students. The AP Government’s E-PASS program provides full tuition and mess fees for SC/ST students and up to INR 35,000 for other castes.
Students with EAMCET ranks may have their full tuition fees reimbursed. The annual tuition fee for EAMCET admitted students is approximately INR 10,000, while for AUEET admitted students, it ranges from INR 1.5 to 2 lakhs. Despite the lack of internal scholarships, various government schemes significantly reduce the financial burden for eligible students.
