Chandigarh University offers a scholarship program through the CUCET exam, giving bright students a chance to study in top courses and earn part of the Rs. 170 Crore scholarship fund. The scholarship is available for the entire duration of the programme, as long as students meet the renewal criteria each year. To renew the scholarship, students must maintain a 7.5 CGPA, avoid any indiscipline, and ensure they don’t have any failing grades. If a student is found guilty of indiscipline at any point, their scholarship will be discontinued.

Chandigarh University Post Graduate Scholarship for Professional Courses
Chandigarh University (CU) offers scholarships for SC/ST candidates from disadvantaged sections of society to pursue postgraduate studies in professional courses such as Engineering, Technology, Management, Pharmacy, and others at CU or its affiliated institutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Students must be pursuing professional courses in the following institutions:
CU and affiliated institutions.
UGC-recognised universities (under sections 2(f) and 12(B)).
Deemed to be Universities under Section 3 of the UGC Act.
Government-funded universities/colleges.
Institutes of National Importance.
Courses approved by Regulatory Councils such as MCI, DCI, PCI, RCI, NCTE, AICTE, BCI, ICAR, and others.
The scholarship granted under the scheme will be renewed for the first year of the postgraduate course, subject to good conduct and maintenance of prescribed attendance. Renewal for the subsequent year will be based on the receipt of an annual progress report from the administrative head of the University.
Students who fail to be promoted to the next level will forfeit the scholarship, and any change in the course of study is not permitted.

Chandigarh University provides PG scholarships for students based on specific conditions. - The students of Chandigarh University, who seek admission in Chandigarh University after qualifying degree will be provided scholarship equivalent to 10% of yearly fee for entire duration of the course.
- The Chandigarh University provides 10% concession on yearly fee to single girl child for entire duration of the course.
- The Chandigarh University provides 10% concession on yearly fee to the wards of teachers for entire duration of the course (Teachers of Govt. / Govt. recognized schools/ colleges/ universities) provided a teacher should have at least one-year regular service. Maximum 5% of total seats in each course shall be offered under this scheme.
- The University offers 10% concession on yearly fee to one of the siblings studying in any faculty of Chandigarh University, till the time both the siblings are studying in the university. The concession will be allowed to continue even after the passing out of one sibling.
