IIT Bhilai provides scholarship opportunities to the students. A scholarship is a financial aid designed to help students further their education at different levels such as school, college or university level. Indian Institute of Technology Bhilai scholarships are offered to its deserving students on the undergraduate and postgraduate levels to support them in their academic path. The institute firmly believes that these scholarships support and recognise meritorious students, which encourages the students also. Eligible students should also carefully read the terms and conditions of each scholarship at IIT Bhilai before applying. Some IIT Bhilai scholarships require the students to either maintain a specific score in the grade points or marks or play for the college’s sports team in case of sports scholarships. IIT Bhilai Donor Scholarships/Awards
The institute offers a few donor scholarships/awards for its undergraduate students. These awards and scholarships are sponsored, which encourage the students at the institute to achieve recognition for their intellectual capabilities and hard work.

- RP Singh Memorial award for leadership and social work
These awards are given to meritorious students who fulfil the requirements.
