Maulana Azad National Institute Technology (MANIT) or NIT Bhopal is a premier Institute of national importance. The institute receives financial assistance provided by the Government of India through both its central and state schemes to fund students who have limited financial resources to take care of educational expenses. The government provides funds for the NIT Bhopal scholarships based on merit-based and need-based categories for students belonging to marginalised sections of the society such as minorities, first graduates, scheduled castes, scheduled tribes girls students. MANIT Bhopal scholarships include the Kotak Kanya Scholarship, Shree Maheshwari Foundation Scholarship for School Education, LIFE’s GOOD Scholarship, and many others.
