NIT Warangal Scholarships:
To assist students financially, NIT Warangal offers several financial aids and scholarship schemes for its students who have proven their excellence in their previous or current academic records. Students of NIT Warangal are able to avail the facility of only one scholarship among all the scholarships. However, a student is required to renew his/her Scholarship every semester/year. Some of the top scholarships offered by NIT Warangal are mentioned below.
Institute Merit Scholarship:
- As by the title of the scholarship it is clear that the scholarship is offered on the basis of merits scored by the students in their last qualifying examination.
- In order to be eligible for the Merit Scholarship, a student needs to have scored a minimum CGPA of 9.1 in each semester.
- The institute will process the Scholarship award directly into the bank account once the candidate matches the eligibility and completes the documentation.
MHRD Scholarship:
- The MHRD Scholarship is offered under the MHRD scholarship guidelines with no reservation or caste criteria for the students of NIT Warangal.
- In order to be eligible for the MHRD Scholarship, a candidate must have a JEE Main rank of less than 2000.
TS E-Pass Scholarship:
- The TS EPass Scholarship is specifically designated to the students of the OBC/EWS/SC/ST category of Telangana state only.
- Students having an annual family income of 1 lakh or less than 1 lakh are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
